Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, I moved to Melbourne in 2003 to finish college and attend Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech).  Even before graduating, I was transfixed on the local housing market and passionate about the growing area.  I scraped together my pennies and purchased two rental properties in the area.  I graduated with a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Florida Tech, then worked a few years for a biofuels company, then as a Business Broker helping people buy and sell businesses in Brevard County.  During this time, I continued to invest in rental properties and all the while, naturally gravitating towards real estate.  I soon dedicated myself 100% to real estate and never looked back!  From the beginning I pledged to myself to never lose sight of the two reasons I started in the first place, 1) I love to help people, and 2) I love real estate!  Therefore, my pledge to you…
